PLANO - Plano coach Tom Inman has been waiting for 6-7 forward Adam Chisholm to show people what he already knew about Chisholm.
Tuesday might have been Chisholm's breakout game, as he finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds in Plano's 73-52 win against District 9-5A leader Richardson Berkner.
Chisholm had to sit out the first half of the seaond after transfering from Plano West in December 2005.
Entering the week, the senior had averaged only 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds.
"He'd been kind of hit-and-miss for us. He's been frustrated, but he's working hard," Inman said. "This was one of his better nights, and I'm really proud of him."
Inman also said he was impressed with Reggie Britton, who led Plano with 19 points against Berkner.
"For us to make that real run in the playoffs, we need to have a third and fourth scorer," Inman said. "It can't be just John [Roberson] and Landon [Skinner] doing all of the scoring."
