Plano quarterback/wide receiver (and basketball player) Greg Harrell said that he has orally committed to Navy.

Oral commitments are nonbinding. The first day a recruit in the Class of 2007 can sign a national letter of intent is Feb. 7.

Harrell (6-4, 200) said he also had an offer from Air Force. Harrell started off his senior season at quarterback, but was moved to receiver midway through the year.
